Pilot in Moriarty (305 W Abrahames Rd)

This is a modern, spacious Pilot station with great facilities. Highly recommended travel stop.

at the pump, the receipt paper is usually empty so you have to go in to get your receipt which really sucks when you're in a hurry

The manager, who is running the station has infected the employees with her attitude about customers and their relationship with this otherwise stellar chain of stations. She loudly proclaims that it is policy from above to blast the store and the fuel islands with obnoxious advertising while people were running out of the store because it was so loud. I was at the island fueling, and it hurt my ears it was so loud. 37 years of flying a 747 around the world twice a month has taught me a thing or two about customer service. I cannot believe that this behavior and gross physical appearance is sanctioned by Pilot corporate. Someone from Pilot REALLY needs to 'shop' this facility to see for themselves. Stay away from Moriarty Pilot until she is looking for work at K-Mart!

Dont understand their prices all accross i 40 $3+ per gallon Sinclair $2.84-86 PIOLOT on 1 end of town has a price the other end is 12cents less same company Piolots are no truckers bargain
