every time I get gas here, my vehicle runs very poorly and I wonder if I'll make it home. I have to add Stabil and dilute their gas with a full tank of someone else's premium

my car always runs rough on their gas. That end of town always floods and I wonder if their fuel tanks are compromised because of it.
