Shell in Lake in the Hills (4231 W Algonquin Rd)

Price posted not at pump without their loyalty card. That's unfair and can't be trusted on Gas Buddy..

Won't be going to this station anymore. There's been **multiple** times when the price on GasBuddy was 20¢ lower than what the pump read, all this within an hour of the previous reported price.

Receipt always out so they can trap you into going inside. Bathrooms are a mess inside too. Not returning

Advertising price not correct. Only if you use reward card. Price shown SHOULD BE actual price, very mis- leading.

I had damage to my car from the car wash and the manager was not very receptive to my concerns. I do not recommend the wash. buyer beware!

I like the station overall, but their pricing is really misleading. They only post a discount price to get you into the station, but they charge you a nonmember cost per gallon without their card. It just feels like dishonest advertising.

Whatcha out when using SHELL FUEL discount card. Station pump NOT grant 5cent per gallon off even thou receipt showed - did not lower price per gallon. Plus big outside pricing sign reflects DISCOUNTED price not actual!!

to get E85 gas, you must join their gas club. not buying gas there
