I usually buy gas at Costco. Low, I stopped at this now-BP station. Inserted credit card, which got "stuck." Tried to clear transaction. Moved to new pump, tried again. Noticed a tiny sign to leave credit card in machine. Went in and asked clerk to clear Pump 6. Instead of asking how he could help, he told me all stations have machines like that now. No, they don't. Yes, they are all like that now, he insisted. Not Costco. What happened to the customer is always right? How about not talking over female customers or man-splaining the system? He asked me to go hit the Cancel button. Huh. Only a Clear and Enter, which I told him on entering station again. Yeah, okay, Clear. The machine still wasn't reset but he wanted me to pay inside. Scooter takes less than a gallon. He wanted me to estimate cost. At that point, I said "Forget it, I'll get gas elsewhere, this isn't worth the hassle." charged my card twice took the first receipt put it on side of register charge me a second time gave me a receipt for second purchase not first also I told him that they had outdated candy and show them which one it was he removed it same cashier came back 3 days later candy was out on a shelf again informed him once again how to remove candy came back a week later candy was on shelf again I talked the cashier about charging me twice on my card he said it was the fault of the bank he's the idiot I'm not
