Kroger in Richmond (3767 E Main St)

we had a $1 fuel points but the pump was off line AGAIN! Very ANNOYING! So instead it gave us 3 cents off. That happens to this station in Richmond Indiana a .lot.

There's a lot of times when I get gas the receipt is don't print out at the pump. And I'm disabled and can't walk all the way inside to get a receipt for the gas I get. They need to do better on the receipt printing on the pumps.

As per usual there is a glitch with the Kroger Credit Card and use of Fuel points. After 2 tries the station locked me out of my card. I call the Kroger rewards center and they tell me that they have a lot of issues with stations being off line and not working with the rewards as they should. Doesn't help when you are trying to get gas using your points and have to call the 800 number! Then to make it worse because I didn't go ahead and take the 3 cents and put gas in my car they can't track the error or put in an order to fix it. What?? Are you kidding me? you know it's a problem but it can't be fixed without me proving it by buying gas without my discount. I drove 30 min to get here because there is no fuel station at our Kroger where I live. I am about at my wits end with Kroger.
