I got ripped off 3.00$ trying to use Shaws loyalty gas points. I put my loyalty # in the machine at the pump and it said .90$ off a gallon. Then put in my debit card and the machine prompted me to see cashier. I went in to see the cashier and immediately told her that I have .90 cents off a gallon and the computer prompted me to come in and see her. She told me I had to prepay in the store. I had no idea of a dollar amount because I was going to fill my tank with the discounted gas. So I guessed and said 35.00 then went out to pump the gas and noticed while filling that I was only getting 70 cents off per gallon. The machine read that I was paying 1.959 per gallon and the sign out front says regular octane is 2.65. plus I was only able to fill 31.00 worth of gas into my car. I should be refunded 4.00 for the prepayment amount unused plus the 20 cents I was screwed on because of your computer problems. .20×15gallons= 3.1652$ I will not hesitate to report this incident to the Better Busi
