Shell in Calgary (14588 McIvor Blvd)

Avoid if possible. Always one of the first to jam up the prices. Most of the staff don't even seem to speak english. Plus the fact when you go in there they are usually gabbing on the phone to their friends. At least I think they are since no english is being spoken.

This station jacks up its prices in the evening then lowers it towards the end of the morning rush. It's rarely the best place to get gas and it's worth it to go across the street to the 7-11 Petro Canada!

Local to the area and always use the Petro Canada on the corner instead; this Shell always hikes it's prices by 4-7c in the mornings (or longer) for the commuting traffic. Staff are often dismissive and inattentive.

Price gouging in the morning and staff are annoyed they have to be there and do their job

The gas price online was out by 6cents. The clerk was on his phone and didn't say anything to me till I said good morning. I thanked him for his service and said "have a good day" he said nothing. I paid $50 for gas, only used $38...went in for my change, again he was on his phone and didn't look up or acknowledge me till I said I didn't use the whole $50. Very crappy service!!

Customer service is sorely lacking

They're prices are always higher and surge the prices at certain parts of the day. Never seen a gas station do this. Hope the management changes. It makes me question whether I should fuel up with Shell at all

Always Puts price up in the morning by 5 cents or more.

Customer service is VERY poor. They never let you redeemed cash miles on air miles. My credit card also has been skimmed at this location. use cash.

Prices are always jacked 8-12 cents/litre in the mornings.
