BP in Newburgh Heights (4910 Harvard Ave)

I don't typically go to any BP because I feel that they are usually overpriced. But, my biggest complaint is that this location, and the one on Fleet, charge tax on food & beverage purchases. No other gas station does this and I'm fairly sure it's not allowed. I've tried arguing about it before and was told its considered a gas product and therefore taxable, which is ridiculous.

Gas and subway - clean - good variety - convenient

long long lines and had to wait in a long line to prepay my diesel for they don't have card readers at there diesel pumps and too boot they don't accept the gas buddy pro card either won't go back

Great customer service. Easy access to diesel. Saved a LOT OF MONEY!!!!!!!
