Sam's Club in Rock Hill (2474 Cross Pointe Dr)

attendant was not busy and walked out to ask if anyone needed help. there was an elderly man that had trouble hitting the right buttons because he was shaking so much. the attendant helped with that and also with pumping his gas, then helped him back in his car. very heart warming to see.

Love getting gas here because it's almost always the cheapest!

have to drive to the pumps from the same direction regardless of which side your tank is. that leave half the pumps not available since most tanks are on the driver's side.

Gas station attendant was more concerned that I was trying to get to a diesel pump by backing beside it to get to the filler side, than he was that gas vehicles were blocking the pumps. Came out yelling and waving like he was irate. Over all not pleased by the service. I stopped fueling and went elsewhere. Customer service means more to me than a cheaper price.

Attendant is rude pulled up to get diesel back in because a motor home was taking long time to fuel. Attendant was rude cut the pump off. Only 3 vehicles at station backing in was not a issue. Makes me question Sams membership. Rude is not acceptable.

prices should be a little cheaper. there are other stations in the area that have similar pricing. it's usually just a few cents cheaper than city, so for Sam's it is not as competitive as it should be. I do like the windshield washer fluid they have though. unfortunately they didn't have paper towel napkins above the washer fluid like most gas stations. since we pay upwards of $100/year for membership, the gas should be 10 cents cheaper than what it is.

It would be nice if they could have receipt paper in their machines EVERYDAY.

Pumps are open after warehouse closes. Always clean, and great customer service.

Gas station premises are always clean, the attendant is always available, and long lines moved very quickly! And rarely are pumps out of order! The only disadvantage is that it operates on club warehouse hours and you need to schedule accordingly!

Typical Sam's gas station. Great price for premium when compared to other local retailers.
