CITGO in Kentwood (4908 Division Ave S)

No bathrooms and really not all that clean. Customer service was non existent, they really are not there to help you.

Asked for a bathroom as I am a fellow citgo employee. No public bathrooms. Cashier was on her phone with headphones in and I had to ask for the bathroom multiple times. Very poor customer service.

No restrooms, they used to have them but whenever I go in there I get the feeling the Arab owners are racist & removed the restroom signs. every time I stop and get something they are kinda rude.. often on the phone & don't really acknowledge you, even when paying.

bare bones station, not much to see.

Don’t even think about getting a receipt at the pump. Just lazy.
