customer service is basically non-existent here. They have 1 employee who never gets off her butt and is totally rude
The only thing good about this place is the low cigarette prices, the staff are the rudest nastiest bunch I have ever seen and dont ever try to use a coupon there god forbid, they really act stupid, it would break their faces for any of them to smile!

They've hired some new people and I know you can't get good help for what they pay, but the young man working there this afternoon around 4:30pm refused to see me. There was no one behind the counter for the first 4-5 min I was in the store and when he did show up from the storeroom, he refused to see me, talking to his buddy that was nearby and behind me. I tried to buy lottery tickets and he just ignored me completely. This isn't the first time he's done this either. Yes, he's black and I'm white, but why should that matter? There are plenty of places to spend my gas and lottery dollars so I won't be back to this place.
