Highland Farms in Springfield (560 State St)

I started coming here because of the customer service experience I had from my first time here, it has since gone very downhill. I've definitely experienced racism by a Hispanic female employee, so I hardly go here anymore, and I personally witnessed three other cases of racially generated aggression by this woman, towards a woman with two small children being expelled from the store because the children had shirts over their mouth and nose, instead of masks, while customers (plural) of another color were completely ignored while having no mask or face covering it all. their muffins used to be FABULOUS, now they're extremely dry. They also used to be wrapped in plastic wrap, I thought for sanitary reasons, but it did retain the moisture. The muffins are no longer wrapped, so anyone can just pick them up and handle them all they want, and you'll never know before you buy it. I used to buy 2 daily, but after a week of bad muffins, I finally decided I will no longer buy them unless they

5/9/2024: Still the same as my 2022 review. Fairly safe during daylight hours, but be aware of your surroundings at all times, and avoid after dark.

Dunkin Donuts at this location. Liter outside is NOT for lack of cleaning, customers at this location are just inconsiderate slobs and toss trash on ground, even right while they are cleaning.

10/24/2024: This station has been closed for years. I’ve nearly given up trying to get stations removed.
