Pioneer in Wasaga Beach (535 River Rd W )

Bad layout. Cannot always drive straight through at pumps. Usually have to backup. Not enough room between pumps and store.

Prices are higher than most. Used to be the best deal around but no longer

very low grade customer service

Set up of pumps is awkward here very close to building and only one way access to pumps

Great station but uhaul trucks are getting in the way ....

It's been 3 wks n their posted diesel sign is still wrong n now missing one side completely other side reads like 12.9 cents. Very poor it's these details that count. Looks bad on Pioneer as a fuel co. Was in there a couple of wks back n the posted diesel price was 104 n then was 106 at the pump? How is that right? When I complained to the staff inside they were very rude ( all three of them standing around doing nothing.......maybe go change the sign) would not honor the posted roadside price n told me to leave or they were calling the police! Nice! Did not by gas that day will not be back will contact pioneer & will let pp know not to go there for fuel bc they don't care!

Prices rising. I used to get my gas at this station. Now I check first as, one time always the cheapest gas prices, are now among the highest prices.

Got double charged for gas after having to go in the store to pay. Now I am getting thee runaround for my money back (even after Pioneer said they are aware of the double charge). It has been almost two weeks. Will not be using Pioneer anymore.

On Monday, July 2,2018, I could not use my credit card at the pump and was told my card was bad. It was not. The attendant wanted everyone to pay cash. I refused and left. This isn't the first time something dodgy has happened at that station.. I like to get gas there on my way out of town but don't trust the attendants!
