7-Eleven in Colorado Springs (3502 N Academy Blvd)

An older station. Well stocked. Restroom locked, not available to the public.

Would not take my GasBuddy card at the pump, tried several times kept telling me to see cashier. I was nervous to take my card in, but I did. Cashier told me you have to prepay on the card and then whatever you don't use will go back on your card. I should have known that would be a bad sign. Swiped my card, the cashier kept saying it was asking for some authorization code and he had to call it in, which as you know with a GasBuddy card you never have to do that. I told him to cancel the transaction. That made him very nervous, and he kept asking me if I was still going to get gas there. I said no and couldn't get out of there fast enough. The whole thing was extremely shady. I ended up changing the pin number on my card just to be safe. Went down the street to Murphy Express, good lighting absolutely no problem running my card at the pump. I would not ever go back to this Conoco station!!
