This isn't okay. Exxon. Just off the beaten path though. . Got to get off the main drag to hit it.
When entering the store getting a greeting doesn't happen. However it may not be a requirement to greet when a customer enters the store. When you get to the counter smiling or being cordial must NOT be a requirement either.

Clerk was rude. Simply asked if card readers were not working and gave me an attitude "I don't know if they are not!" Then rudely told me I was at wrong register because I didn't see the small sign she had put out. I walked out. Card worked just fine at the station half mile down the road and a better price. Will never go back there.
