Mitchellsville Country Store in Harrisburg (5850 Hwy 145 South)

great local unassuming place along rt.145 where there is no place to stop really between harrisburg and metropolis. employees are very friendly. aside, if you need a bit of time when you stop here as the line is usually always half a dozen people to the door. reportedly has good food, however never been able to stay long enough to try any.

Has package wine and beer. All kinds of hot food, and snacks. Great before camping/hiking.

Prices are high but a great place to stop for lunch.
