Shell in Gurnee (6050 Grand Ave)

The best price on Shell gas in the area. This is my choice of gas stations in the area. The fact that they have so many loyal customers fuel her because of the fuel price I think more than makes up for the low price that they offer. I know that I have fueled here more than 90% of my fuel ups for my cars and trucks. The fuel here makes my vehiclea run good.

Have used the car wash many times with no issues. very thorough cleaning of car (all around/on top/underneath). They also sell Grill propane and help get the tank even when counter was really busy. Would recommend this gas station to anyone in area. Only negative issue is can't enter station from eastbound lanes. Only westbound lands are available.

The car wash damaged my vehicle and the facility did not do anything to make the situation right. I also only fuel at top tier fuel gas stations and have noticed that my MPG decreases whenever I purchase gas from this station. I think they use a lower quality fuel than others but charge top tier prices.

Pump handle automatic hold was broken. I hadn't used it, but when let go of the lever it started filling faster. Cut my finger trying to force it to release so it would stop pumping

Pumps do not accept fuel reward cards

Michelle is great really friendly and answered my questions on how to use the rewards at the pump !

Made me swipe my card 5 times before it took. Tells you to insert and remove card. Then select debit or credit. I select debit and tells me to insert card. In a never ending cycle.

Great location.
