Chevron in Alvarado (12729 S 2nd Ave)

I've been a regular customer here for over 23 years. I watched the personnel change, along with the name changing from a Texaco, to Valero, to now Chevron. For the most part, people are friendly but you have to be patient. They could do better on keeping their lotto tickets refreshed and lower gas prices. If you come to a convenient store and ask the clerk about their products, maybe you have issues!

The brand alone pushes higher prices. Plenty of other choices for cheaper.

I disagree with Blacksmith, I think at any job an employee should know everything there is to know about products sold at their workplace. They should be able to have an answer should someone inquire about something! I don't feel that a person wanting to know about a product has "issues" for asking about it. I also think that just because your experience there was a pleasant one that everyone's else's had to be too, and I say that because I too have been unsatisfied with the service I received a time or 2 ( or 3,4,....) with certain employees. There is one woman in particular who has a crappy attitude and does act like a dimwit almost ever time I been in that store. The only reason I go there is when I am low on gas and can't make it anywhere else, and I try to not be low on it so I don't have to make an emergency stop there. This site is for people to leave whatever comments they want to leave so the corporation will know if the service that their employees who they hired are doing

Their gas is over priced and prices change frequently.
