This is an unstaffed Sinclair branded fueling station with lots of diesel pumps clearly primarily targeted at truckers. The grounds are always clean, there is good lighting, and typically very good prices.

Has a tire inflator by the right side of building. Normally I only see one cashier so the lines to get something tend to be fairly long. Only real issue besides decent lighting outside.
