It seems this location is individually owned, as the staff all seem to be on their personal phones the ENTIRE transaction, EVERY TIME! Like, they don’t even put their Homie on hold while they help the customer… like, literally chatting away while not listening to what I’m asking. On top of that: they are SUPER short with you customer service wise. And it never changes. Every. Single. Person. On the staff of like rotating 5 people. 😬
