Shell in Houston (8255 Mills Rd)

None of the terminals worked to allow rewards members to fill up using their account. when purchasing from the clerk, an arbitrary dollar limit was given to me vs the gallon amoint outlined by the shell fuel rewards policy. The amount given was way below the 20 gallon allotment.

The pumps on the Gessner side don't work so well and you can't input your Shell ID. Regardless, a decent station

I filled up on a very cold evening and their pump did not have receipt paper. I had to walk over and wait in line for something that is supposed to be convenient. I let the attendant know, but he seemed uninterested. Weeks later, same pump and still no receipt at pump. The older lady & Sam were very defensive. They told me to come back in the morning. What..!.. Also, they block internet signal. I had to leave their facility for my GasBuddy app to connect! Weeks later
