always say the shell reward card is not working. And their prices never match at the pumps. cash or credit
Card reader didn't work, told me diesel was 3.14 when gas buddy said 2.75. Someone posted a little after I left diesel was 2.75 what gives?
I walk in to get some chips and i hear out of nowhere a lady yelling at the boss i heard her saying he called her a b*t*h and idk what was going on but other than that i got my chips and dipped oh and also a lot of people outside asking for change

Visits to this station are always 'hit or miss'. Some employees are outgoing and friendly. However, some barely say 'thank you', which is a far cry from making you feel welcome there. Also seems some employees may not be trained well - anything other than normal transactions, (like purchasing gift cards), obviously cause confusion to some employees and become time-consuming. 99% of these instances result in employee eventually asking for supervisor's assistance, in which case transaction has to be voided & started from beginning. This is especially frustrating when you're in a hurry.
