Safeway in Cottage Grove (1500 E Main St)

The gentleman out front pumping the gas was awesome. However the lady inside where you pay was playing a crossword puzzle and not very helpful.

Some of the best customer service around, but Safeway charges an extra 10 cents per gallon for credit cards, so we will never use this place again. Also there is only fuel, no restrooms, and some junk food snacks.

Not too busy, quick in and out

Its self service they got employees just standing around talking and they dont take cash anymore cause they dont wanna have to do anything but the gas prices are the same as everyone els prices

Only downside of this station is the $.10 per gallon credit charge.

Credit price here is $.10 morez which negates the value. Your first 100 Safeway points just goes to offsetting the credit surcharge. There are several stations in town that are cheaper and do not charge the extra for credit cards.

If you have rewards its a great place to get gas

Most employees are friendly, some are not.
