if you pay at the pump you have to go inside for a receipt. they seem to think you will buy more if you have to go inside. WRONG! Plus if you pay inside they NEVER ask if you want a receipt. Good customer service would be to ask if you'd like a receipt if you prepay. It would also be nice to get your receipt from the pump if that's where you pay. What happens if the station is closed and you CAN NOT go in for a receipt? Just a pet peeve of mine.
