Alliance in Mountain View (101 E El Camino Real)

Gave $25 for gas to the Indian clerk with a baseball cap behind the counter. The pumps weren't working. I went back to ask what was going on. He said "the pumps were slow and he couldn't reset it now" - and every pump had a car at it. I said, "I gave you $25 - I want that back" - since the pump isn't working and he couldn't/wouldn't get it to work anytime soon. He gave back $24.61 cents. I said, "is this a joke?" He said, "yes" ... Handing me a receipt for .39 of gas. When I objected, he just said "there's the receipt - have a nice day sir (with a bad attitude). ZERO customer service. Boycott this station. Management: FIRE this employee (who also claimed that he was the boss).

Although the price is low, they don't allow you to pump other than premium price gas

No problems yet with this station. It is hard to get out of with heavy traffic.

They refused to give me my change!!!! The guy didn’t have anything but a few pennies. I was owed $9.36 and only got $9. For crying out loud give me $10 if you can’t make exact change. Cheap gas, run by crooked idiots. Worth every penny.

Pump was locked and forced me to use premium before I realized what happened

They could not compete on price with Great Gas at Grant and Bentley. The gas price war has a winner!

Gas Bud listed this station at $4.59 for regular gas but when I arrived, the price is $5.09! 😤😡🤬
