Shell in Edmonton (17056 95th Ave)

I used to go to this station regularly, but was treated rather rudely and left, now, I hear of an employee referring to my friend as "stupid" when she walked there to buy her snack. Deplorable!!!!!

Pulled up to a regular pump and NOT a prepay because I had a $.04 off a litre from Safeway and I didn't know how many litres I needed. Older Gentleman was already there right next to the door (again not a prepay pump) and said to employee please turn on the pump, employee said "prepay only" that's it, gentleman said I'm not at a pre pay pump, employee yelled pre pay only, gentleman said "I can go someplace else" no answer from employee who just walked away. Gentleman got in his car and left. I tried my pump, same thing, not on so I left as well. I used to frequent this station about once a week but will now never be back. To many other shell stations to give them my business. If it's all prepay just state that. So rude, just don't care as I guess they have enough customers.

Why this station is seven cents a litre higher than most others is beyond me, but then again, most Shell stations are higher than everyone else. This one is one of the worst ones for being very highly priced.
