Rude staff. The owner and the white appearing woman (she’s not white) with dark hair have terrible customer service. I’ve had several instances where they ring you up incorrectly or when you ask a question, and they respond rudely. You are better off driving to the speedway. I purchased three packs of cigarettes and was given two correct boxes and one incorrect box, and the owner said he wouldn’t t exchange them. After a bit of back and forth, he finally conceded to the exchange. I had just purchased them moments prior and noticed that one of the boxes was not the right brand. I’ve been a pretty loyal customer as this is close to home, and it has a Dunkin. Another time I purchased the .89 pop or whatever cost it is that comes with a free refill when you buy that cup. Well, the first time we went to get a refill, I felt the cashier eyeing my son. The 2nd time I purchased a cup, and we went to get a refill, the owner stopped me and said no refilled.
