Huge sign out front says "Diesel Only." Idiot flys in and crashes into our motor home just as my husband was finishing up fueling and then says "Great and you mean there is no gas?" I asked him if he could read. The sign was as big as the station and he had to drive around it to get to the Diesel pumps! So, be careful out there. People are acting like idiots!
cops there directing you we were out with in 10 mins or less no long lines!!!!!
During this gas crisis, the police have set up an amazing assembly line type of operation so people can get gas at the station very smoothly and very efficiently. Just follow the large road sign that says gas line with the right arrows and it will take you in to the place where the police will direct you and you will have gas within 5 to 10 minutes!
Great Gas Station. wonderful people great attitudes clean bathrooms.. lots of options of drinks

Police, during the evacuation of florida due to irma, set up traffic control at this gas station. They got people organized to the gas pumps and then out quickly. it was very organized and they kept the supply of gas going to this station. The station and Chiefland Police rock! While evacuating from hurricane Irma, they had gas and the police were directing the 100's of cars so everyone could get in and get gas. The wait was an hour but worth it since most other stations up US 19 were out. :)
