T-FUEL in Greensboro (2480 Meadow Crest Rd)

I've been loyally coming here for 3 years. This station has a very friendly staff, is very clean, and has a great selection of just about everything you would need or want from a gas station. Love this place.

easy access from the interstate bathrooms well maintained

the bathroom was clean and smelled good. staff was very nice and gas was the cheapest for miles.

Car wash is not working regularly. Recently changed from T Fuel to Shell. Slot machines inside since new ownership.

The gas station was a nice facility however the woman at the register was extremely rude. I asked her if the carried a certain brand of tobacco and she just shook her head yes. I ask how much it was and she shrugged her shoulders, said "uh, I don't know" then just stood there for a moment. So I asked if she could check and she then slowly turned around to find them. At that point, I said "never mind, I will go buy them somewhere else."

I went in there today( 10/2 at 10:30am) and had a very bad experience. I wanted to use credit at the pump and pushed credit but it kept saying insert debit card. After three attempts I went inside to ask why this was happening and the clerk said it shows a bad card, I told her that I did not even put my card in and told her why. She responded "what do you want me to do about it" I said I am just telling you something is wrong. She said" I can do your credit here" and I answered that I was filling up and did not know how much it would be. She said you have to give me an amount, rather rudely. I said this is very frustrating and she says back "Don't take your frustration out on me". I have been going here for years and never got this type of rude treatment. I was almost empty on fuel, so I said charge me for 20 dollars. She looked at me and very coldly said "put your card in the reader" which I did and then got my 20 bucks worth and went down the road to another location and filled up.
