Marathon in Panama City (1307 E 5th St)

Stopped there to put air in my tire and the man working the register refused to give me change for a dollar. I already had put one dollar in the air pump when I realized I needed more quarters. I tried to explain this, but he didn't care. unbelievable!. lost a dollar and got no air! L
