Following Hurricane Harvey, the availability of fuel issue is bad enough without an employee raising the price 10 cents while people are waiting in line. If you want to change the price, do it in the middle of night when it might be slow. Shows gouging. Shameful. Won't be visiting this store when things are back to normal.
