Mobil in Land O Lakes (16055 FL-52)

Heads up! Got Premium gas here a couple hours ago for our 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate and our truck now has broken down and waiting for it to be towed. Battery is good, but the truck won’t start. Seems a bit coincidental after just getting gas that this just happened on a brand new truck we have never had any problems with. Sharing in case others have experienced this and/or bringing awareness so others can have a heads up in case something similar happens to them.

The premium gas at Mobil stations is what my high-performance/high compression engine must use to avoid costly repairs and engine detonation leading to catastrophic engine failure. I speak from experience with my last engine suffered detonation and failed with destroyed ring-lands. Water-Methanol injection is also another protection against this issue and worth every penny!

This station is not easily accessible from both directions of traffic. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The restrooms could be cleaner but they weren't terrible. Nothing special. The only plus in my mind is the fact that Dunkin Donuts is attached to the building and has a drive thru. A side note for those that are interested: there is an actual car wash facility that shares the same lot and a really large parking area to the far West side that can accommodate roughly 80 vehicles and as such is often used by big rigs and other weary travelers as a rest stop. My go to gas station expecially working so close to it. Prices are always fair. Station is always clean. The people and the employees are great. No complaints.
