Pretty sure the pumps are set to over-count fuel pumped to scam travelers. Would not go here again.
Either Indian or Pakistan owned. Such as the overall condition of the store. Dirty, disorganized and the don't care.

The ladies bathroom was a mess. Toilet paper all over the floor in both stalls. A missing door in the handicap stall. Someone had peed all over the seat of the other stall. I told the guy that works there about it and he refused to clean it. He stated that it was not his job.
