Esso in Toronto (1075 Martin Grove Rd)

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff! The cashier named Asmit did not even know how to redeem Optimum points! Asmit was very rude to me when I tried to explain to her that I wanted 40L of diesel with Optimum redemption of 4000 points to get 10 cents off per litre. She kept asking me how much I needed regardless of me telling her 40L multiple times. She kept insisting that I needed to tell her a dollar value, and she cannot handle liters. How ridiculous was that! She was also annoyed and kept saying that I was holding up the line and didn't want to help me with my redemption. As a long time Esso customer, I'm very disappointed in Esso's customer service. This Esso station seriously need to get competent staff and trach them about customer satisfaction and professionalism!!

Lots of garbage around the parking lot, bins were overfilled, a huge mouse was at the side of building I used the bathroom and found foot steps on the toilet, gas is always more expensive then any other station, they never have washer fluid and the wiper thing
