Exxon in Rural Retreat (7372 Lee Hwy)

I generally wash my windshield when I stop in anywhere to refuel and this station never has a window washer station that has any glass cleaner in it.

The bathrooms are terrible.

Pumps were very slow!

they are dirty and broken down. the stall doors dont close or lock. the toilet seat is broken

Pumps shut off at $100. Not good if you have a large tank. No liquid in receptical to wash windows. Only attendant inside was busy at casino video game.

The restrooms were old and toilets barely flush. They also needed cleaning. The attendant didn't say a word to any customer at all.

Big problems at this gas station! The tank on my Suburban holds 25 gallons but after at least 15 mins. of pumping it indicated over 26 gals. pumped... I pulled in with a quarter tank of fuel on the gage which is always accurate. So, I paused and went inside to tell the clerk - she was the only employee there and came out from the back almost 5 mins. after I was inside looking for anyone. She said the pumps are worn out due to the low low pump price thats why they take so long to pump. She said my only recourse (my word) was to contact Exxon. According to my receipt the final gals. pumped where 27.094 gals.
