I've been been bringing my two family cars for here for 12 years. Had a bad car wash today as the touchless system malfunctioned and soaped only half my car then stopped working. It did a very weak rinse and the dryers were not engaged.It was not the 1st time. The same malfunction happened about 3 weeks ago but the situation was handled properly by the attendant and cleaned my car again. This time however when I went and showed my car to a different attendant it took him 15 minutes to actually come and see the car. By then all the unrinsed soap had evapourated but the back of my car was clearly filthy untouched and there was bird crap on the uncleaned passenger side and window He refused to give me another wash or a refund. He said my car was 95% clean! I was stunned. It was almost funny. He refused to give me the name of the manager. Unbelievable ignorance. I know it was only 10 bucks but I hate being ripped off.
