Valero in West (14818 Emory Rd)

Smelled like urine. A lady left her purse on the counter and apparently when she got it back she was missing money

Dirty, cannot pay at pump but it did have better price for several miles

The gas pumps always have problems it seems. I went to pay at the pump & it wouldn't work so I went to a different pump & that one my total cost kept rising but no gas was coming out & it was closed so I couldn't get a refund & they didn't want to give me one because they said it worked fine. The debit/credit card machine is down a lot & pay at the pump doesn't work a lot. They did upgrade the pumps & put TV screens inside with the food menu which is nice. I don't believe there is an ATM inside because the last one was stolen.

This station rebranded from Pure to Valero some time over a year ago. Perhaps GasBuddy will actually implement some of the master station last inputs and correct the app?

Definitely needs some updating. For as slow as they are you’d think they could have the employees clean

The canned drinks are never cold enough when you get one out of the cooler & there are always people hanging outside in the parking lot especially at night & on weekends which ends up making you go to another store before or after this one instead of this store here if you are going to be near this area because there are just way too many people there hanging out.
