good store, but they need to lower their prices

Put a little more emphasis on staff training and customer service and this would be an A+ station and a pleasant place to visit. That's the only complaint I've heard from anyone - poor treatment and distracted/rude employees - and I agree. Word!

This does not make sense to me, two Rutter stores located in Stewartstown not even half mile away from each other with gas price difference of 40 cents a gallon. This is a complete rip off and Monopoly. They need to stop taking Advantage of town people. Q: Why go anywhere else? A: Dont want to be Ripped OFF

Love the coffee and green tea. The folks are always friendly and the place is always clean.

Regular customer at this location, mainly because it's convenient to home. Cashiers are always nice, but the food area staff is really surly every single time I've dealt with them. No idea why this is, since I've never ordered anything but what's on the menu.
