Called to ask where they get their diesel fuel from, they don’t understand English , then hang up on you. Tried calling back- straight to voicemail. I won’t waste my money here.

I have gone here twice recently for the lowest price fuel in the city. I noticed pump no.5 is very slow but pump no.6 is much faster. No receipt from machine outside, but you can get it from cashier inside.
The lady in the Cahsier at today (16Nov 2024 , 5:11pm) was not really understanding the Customer questions. I ask her how to pay as i couldn't see any payment option in the pump, and try to buy from counter, she ask me how much i want, i told her I am not so sure exactly, I did ask one more question to her, if i paid more than what i need ,then could you do any refund ? She showed me her unprofessional manner to me about refunded, seems like very difficult for her🤔...She told me pay outside!(Which i don't know where and how), but she rudely answered again, there is machine outside she said again, with very rude and impolite manner. I was feel so bad for the first time without knowing about where and how her machine and payment was there... Behind me there was one gentleman who was understanding my feelings . He politely show me that exact machine and bring me there like an owner, thanks buddy!you make my day ! . A simple gesture of that guy, i will never forget whenever i see th

There are 3 payment options displayed on each pump; 1. Pay at terminal located on store wall. [there is a large green "PAY HERE" sign above the kiosk] 2. Scan the code to download and pay with the app. Save up to 4 cents per litre. 3. Pay cash in store (during store hours). Although iNDiEPump is not affiliated with the store, payment is accepted in store for cash transactions or all payment types when items purchased within the store are paid for in conjunction with fuel. Transaction values for less than a pre-authorization amount are refunded for both in store as well as outdoor terminal transactions, not unlike any other gas station. You have to prepay on an app or on a single terminal on the wall for all pumps. After two prepay attempts pump 5 still didn’t work. Now I have to wait 24 hr to see if those prepayments release or not. Sketchy.

Hi kmgale Uncertain of why Pump 5 didn't work. We have noticed that on occasion users don't press the button to activate the pump. We are working on a solution for that and hopeful it will be possible to mitigate that potential in the future. Although we can't speak to bank particulars as they are all different, the preauthorization release should have been near immediate. We understand that the payment process is untypical but does allow for simultaneous activation of all pumps. Our motivation is to keep the overhead / operating costs as low as possible which will enables us to provide competitive pricing. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is my Most Favorite Station to STAY away from. This area station is the very first every time to raise pricing before weekends or just because they feel like it. I don'tt frequent this place anymore but I do drive by a half a block and always fuel for much less. This station keeps a smile on my face because they'll never get another dime out of me for fuel.
