Don't buy gas at Furnace Creek - drive 23 miles to Stovepipe Wells and save at least $1.25 per gallon. This gas station is a rip off. Example on 11/22/18. Furnace creek sold 87 oct for $4.73 and Stovepipe Well was $3.40 a gallon
they have extremely high prices. I guess when you have a captive audience, you can charge what you want!
Had I needed to buy more than a gallon at this station, I'd have called 911 and requested a rape kit. As far as I'm aware, this is the most expensive gas station in the lower 48.
Really overpriced, but the only diesel in the park. No convenience store, but does have a small mechanic shop.
Expensive, only game in town. 25 more mile north gas is a little more reasonable at stove pipe wells.
