Truck stop, crowded parking

Tried to use our Loves card for pump start, would not work. Had to go inside , cashier said she did not know much about the diesel pumps but could do cash start from her register. Then had to give a estimate how much we would be.spending on. diesel. When filling up an rv that hold 125 gallons, it's hard to guess how much we will be spending. So I picked a random amount and it was not enough. We tried to use another card to finish and message said to see cashier. We gave up and left. To far to walk again just for a few more gallons of fuel.

receipt didn't print at the pump. long wait. Long wait in line. Five ppl behind the counter talking, only one register open. Clerk says "OK, here's your receipt." What happened to "I'm so sorry that our pump is out of order, and you had to come in and wait in line! We will get that fixed right away. Thanks for stopping in!" I know that's a lot to ask these days, because I have NEVER heard a clerk say that, but I'm still looking for that odd employee that actually does care about the customer more than himself!
