Clean bathrooms, cheapest gas in the area, friendly owners. Propane tank exchange and U-Haul rentals available. I don't drink coffee but they have a good beverage selection.

great station for paying at the pump rather than going inside. multiple pumps with ample space between them. gas station store is relatively big. Prices are always the best in the area

This is the only local source that I am aware of to obtain Ethanol-Free 90 octane premium fuel. So if your looking for real gas, this is the place to get it. (Please note: premium grade is available bother with or without ethanol at the same price.)
