I use this gas station on regular basis. Its clean from inside and out. Has Tims which never has big line ups and the gas station workers are friendly. Zero complaints

This station has everything. Gas, car wash, Tim Hortons with a drive thru, vacuum and working tire pump! The only downside is the staff at Tim Hortons tends to be slow if you walk in. They sit around and chat without noticing customers if it's quiet. But this shouldn't deter anyone from using the gas station itself as they are essentially two different entities.
