Area around the pumps is routinely dirty. Pumps themselves always look dirty (keypads, panels, etc. Forget about cleaning your windshield here. There's seldom any useable washer fluid and the squeegees are gross.
Owners don't want to pay people to work and have Shell associates handling the food at the coffee shop and sub store. Dont know what they are doing and if there is a line forget it, you will be there forever. Dont bother going here.
Most often they have no gas, store shelves partly stocked, liquor and beer very limited or none. Unfriendly counter staff.
Has Coffee Time and sandwich shop inside. Has some general store items like work clothing and boots. A nice place to drop in!
The people are very nice and they have a wide range of products. Gas prices are competitive.

My boyfriend arrived at 8:56 tonight and went to pump gas and pump was shut off as he started pumping gas. He went to the door and no one was there, but after he drove away someone came out of the station. He may not make it to the next gas station in madoc! poor service!
