**Review for Del Norte Everyday Gas Station** I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Del Norte Everyday gas station located at 450 Grande Ave on June 2nd, 2024, at 1:40 PM. I purchased a Straw Summer Hat for my husband, but he disliked it, so I immediately went back to return it and get a refund. The cashier at the checkout line informed me that she didn't know how to process the refund transaction and seemed upset that I wanted to return the hat. She called her manager for assistance, but despite several attempts and three emails, she failed to complete the refund transaction. She then told me that she couldn't refund the money and suggested that if I didn't like the hat, I could leave it with her but get no refund. When I asked if I could be refunded in cash, she refused, stating that because I purchased the hat with a card, she could only refund it to the card. Her attitude was incredibly rude, and she even refused to give me back my original receipt when I asked for it
No longer a Shell. It was dirty and hard to get in and out. Pumps were very slow; at least the ones working. One didn’t accept credit cards.
NOT A SHELL
They don’t honor loyalty rewards customers and can’t keep any window cleaning solution in the buckets at their gas island for cleaning windows.
All pumps closed and taped off. Not sure if still open
This station is currently out of gas
NOT A SHELL. Small gas station, nice people. No diesel
Sold out of diesel. Very small gas station hard to get into with a camper
One pump screen is illegible. Another isn’t taking credit. They RARELY have fluid and washer squeegees. This lack of service frustrates customers every day.
Competitive prices for the area
called gunbarrel station
has price reported 40 cents chepaer by owner. was totally wrong, and cost us a much lower privlce in Alamosa.
I found it odd that a sign was taped up on the pump saying, " Due to supply challenges, the gasoline products sold at this dispenser is NOT Shellbrandes products. Well, what am I getting then?
The owner posts prices that are ten cents lower than what is real. this is considered fraud. the state and city has been contacted. you can a. call the store and ask what the current price is and b. you can see other reviews here
