Nothing like watching the crack head literally pull out a glass pipe and smoke his crack while leaning against the Redbox, talking to several invisible people, in broad daylight ( the morning coffee rush hour), and I even was offered inches away from my face, to " join him getting high." Even before I was asking to"spare him some change." Good grief.
