Shell in Gainesville (3831 NW 13th St)

I'm so used to clean, well stocked Shell stations, but this place is a dump. Litter all over; the muddy water in the windshield washer buckets was so old, that it stunk like a sewer. Old & falling apart MINI squeegees so short, I couldn't reach across the windshield...and I'm ones 6 get! I'd give this pit a pass...

This is the most raggedy Shell station in the whole city. The pumps hardly ever let me type in my rewards number or read any one my cards. If you wanna use your Gas buddy card here you may wanna think twice.

March 24th 2022 pumps have been replaced at this station with some different secondhand variety that doesn't work very well. The pump refused to recognize my rewards card. Is this station going non-Shell? Watch for removal of logos next. The strangely even previous purchases of $100 and $10 at the two pumps I attempted to use and the refusal of the rewards card on both convinced me to go to the other remaining Shell station on 13th and 39th.

Heaven forbid you interrupt the clerk when she is on the phone. The pump didn't print a receipt and she couldn't take the time to be bothered. Terrible.

Great location

A bunch of the pumps have broken keypads- when you try and punch in your rewards number it won't let you. I had to drive to a bunch of different pumps before I could finally type in my number.

This location is not a Shell station no Shell gas

Totally not friendly. The guy sat there, and didn't get or say hi.
