ARCO in Sacramento (2701 Orchard Ln)

The machines that you can put cash in rather than going in to store have been "inoperable" for at least 6 months. I go to a different ARCO so I can use the cash machines by the pumps. Why don't they have to "repair" them?

The air pump is about a mile away from the store, and there's no way to get them to turn the air on other than walk all the way inside and then all the way back. And by the time you get back to inflate your low tire, half of the time the air pump stays on has already elapsed! just lame.
