Don’t waste your time for a penny this is a foreign run gas station that takes your credit card gets it approved then u pump the gas. If it’s lower they credit your card back I believe very shady. Stay away

Be careful when paying with credit card at this Shell station! The gas pump that I used at this station had a skimmer and two weeks later there were multiple charges at gas stations in places I've never been.
