Good gas station friendly staff.

This isn’t about gas, but rather amenities. A simple purchase… live bait, specifically worms. Lot of good fishing around this business. Never a problem before, and have been purchasing fuel and other items for years. New person working (younger female). Asked for product; fridge that stores the worms needs maintenance (freezing the worms - therefore, they’re dead). Worker reassured me that the ones she handed me were not frozen… basically, I trusted her and didn’t look. Purchased at 11 AM and put them in my cooler and went fishing. Area I went to was a good 45 minute walk into woods. Got there, and live bait was dead. My bad for not looking. Stopped back at 2 PM to see if I could exchange them or get a refund. Got snotty response from same girl that if it didn’t take me 3 hours to return, she would’ve given me a replacement or refund. I was willing to show time stamped photos when this was determined; I was told too bad. Granted, I know it’s only $5.29; however, being a frequent custom

Great prices and everyone is always helpful. You can tell it’s a gathering place for locals when stopping to fill up.
